This 66L calibration gas cylinder is designed for precision calibration and controlled detector verification, featuring a lower 20% LEL Methane concentration and ambient oxygen level (20.9%).
Unlike higher LEL mixes, this blend is ideal for fine-tuning sensor response, validating detector accuracy, and ensuring proper calibration without pushing sensors toward higher alarm thresholds.
The mixture includes:
- 50 PPM Carbon Monoxide (CO) for toxic gas calibration
- 1.0% Methane (CH₄) (20% LEL) for controlled combustible gas response
- 20.9% Oxygen (O₂) to simulate normal atmospheric conditions
