Product Description
Precision Micro-Flow Gas Mass Flow Controller for Research and Process Systems
The Series GFC Model GFC-2106 Gas Mass Flow Controller is designed for accurate control up to 500 mL/min, supporting analytical instruments, pilot plants, and vacuum applications that demand tight stability at sub-liter flow rates.
Its straight-tube thermal sensor and restrictor flow element reduce sensitivity to inlet-pressure and temperature fluctuations, while closed-loop PID electronics continuously modulate the electromagnetic valve to maintain the programmed setpoint. Dual analog outputs simplify connection to PLCs, data loggers, and automation skids.
