Product Description
0–1000 mL/min Gas Mass Flow Controller for Precision Metering
The Series GFC Model GFC-1107 Gas Mass Flow Controller is engineered for milliliter-scale flow regulation up to 1000 mL/min, making it ideal for analytical instruments, pilot-scale research systems, vacuum chambers, and coating equipment where precise low-volume gas delivery is essential.
A straight-tube thermal sensor paired with PID-controlled electromagnetic valve technology continuously corrects for pressure and temperature variation, delivering stable flow across changing process conditions. Dual analog outputs integrate directly with PLC and control panels, while the tilting LCD simplifies field adjustment and verification.
Each unit ships with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate, supporting compliance programs, R&D documentation, and production environments that require defensible flow measurements.
