Product Description
PTFE (Teflon) Calibration Gas Tubing – 5 Foot Reactive Gas Sampling Tube
This PTFE calibration tubing is designed for reactive calibration gases that require non-absorbing material to maintain concentration accuracy. Teflon prevents gas loss caused by permeation or chemical reaction inside standard vinyl tubing.
Required when calibrating sensors using corrosive or reactive gases.
Why PTFE Tubing Is Required
Certain gases react with standard tubing and cause false readings. PTFE maintains accurate concentrations during calibration and sampling.
Compatible with gases such as:
-
Ammonia (NH₃)
-
Chlorine (Cl₂)
-
Ethylene Oxide (EtO)
-
Hydrogen Cyanide (HCN)
-
Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S)
-
Nitric Oxide (NO)
-
Phosphine (PH₃)
Specifications

Important Note
Use PTFE tubing whenever calibrating with reactive gases to prevent concentration loss and inaccurate sensor response.
