My comment is this took longer than expected to ship. every time in the past it shipped same day or next. I was out of town expecting this to be when I returned back this week to ship to my client. Could I get an explanation of the why it took so long to get this order shipped out? Doug, I say your review today inquiring about the gas shipping time. You placed your order on Friday the 17th, after we left for the weekend. We did process your order with the gas plant and they confirmed the order to ship on 5/23. For standard gas, our turnaround time with the plant to fill the order is 3-4 business days, then shipping time. For custom gases it is 7-10 business days. Sometimes the gas is shipped quicker depending on the number of orders that came in and if the gas is made to that specific ppm and stocked. Most orders are filled to order. It is usually a week turn around time from order processing to receiving the standard gas. In your case, the delay was probably due to us not seeing the order until Monday morning.
