This 4-gas calibration mixture is designed for verifying the accuracy of portable multi-gas detectors used in industrial safety, confined space monitoring, and environmental hazard detection programs.
The mixture contains Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) 25 PPM, Carbon Monoxide (CO) 50 PPM, Methane (CH₄) 1.62% (50% LEL LPG equivalent), and Oxygen (O₂) 18.0%, balanced with nitrogen. These concentrations are commonly used to test detector response across multiple sensor types in standard quad-gas monitoring instruments.
The gas blend is supplied in a 120L aluminum calibration cylinder pressurized to 1050 PSI, providing a larger capacity calibration solution suitable for facilities performing frequent detector calibration or servicing multiple gas detection instruments.
The C-10 valve configuration supports compatibility with common calibration regulators used with portable gas detection equipment.
