This 4-gas calibration mixture is used for routine calibration and functional bump testing of portable multi-gas detectors used in industrial safety, confined space monitoring, and environmental hazard detection.
The blend contains Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) 25 PPM, Carbon Monoxide (CO) 50 PPM, Methane (CH₄) 1.62% (50% LEL LPG equivalent), and Oxygen (O₂) 17.0%, balanced with nitrogen. The reduced oxygen concentration helps verify detector response to oxygen-deficient atmospheric conditions, which are commonly monitored during confined space entry and industrial safety inspections.
This calibration gas is supplied in a 66L aluminum cylinder pressurized to 1150 PSI, providing a portable yet higher-capacity option for technicians performing routine calibration across multiple gas detection instruments.
The C-10 valve connection supports compatibility with commonly used calibration regulators designed for portable gas detection equipment.
