This 4-gas calibration mixture is designed for routine calibration and bump testing of portable multi-gas detectors used in confined space monitoring, industrial safety programs, and environmental hazard detection.
The blend contains Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) 25 PPM, Carbon Monoxide (CO) 50 PPM, Methane (CH₄) 1.62% (50% LEL LPG equivalent), and Oxygen (O₂) 17.0%, balanced with nitrogen. The lower oxygen level allows technicians to verify detector response to oxygen-deficient conditions, which is a critical safety check during confined space entry monitoring.
Supplied in a 34L disposable aluminum cylinder pressurized to 500 PSI, this calibration gas provides a lightweight and portable option for technicians performing frequent instrument verification or bump testing in the field.
The C-10 valve configuration supports compatibility with common calibration regulators used with portable gas detection equipment.
