Zefon 25mm air sampling cassettes are engineered for regulated asbestos fiber monitoring using phase contrast microscopy (PCM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) methods. Manufactured in-house under strict quality controls, every cassette is individually assembled, serialized, and tested to support defensible laboratory results in environmental and industrial hygiene investigations.
This configuration features a 1.2µm mixed cellulose ester (MCE) filter with grid, a white identification band, and a three-piece conductive housing, packaged 50 cassettes per box and delivered preloaded and field-ready.

Each production lot is further evaluated through independent laboratory blank testing to confirm acceptable background fiber counts per NIOSH requirements.
Daily random-lot audits provide additional assurance for consultants, laboratories, and abatement professionals. Test documentation is available upon request.
