25mm Asbestos Air Sampling Cassette with 0.45µm MCE Grid – TEM & PCM
Zefon 25mm air sampling cassettes are manufactured for regulated asbestos fiber monitoring using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and phase contrast microscopy (PCM) workflows. Produced in-house under stringent quality systems, each cassette is injection-molded, individually assembled, serialized, and tested to support defensible clearance and exposure results for environmental consultants, industrial hygienists, and analytical laboratories.
This configuration features a 0.45µm mixed cellulose ester (MCE) filter with grid, housed in a three-piece static-conductive cassette, packaged 50 per box, and delivered preloaded and field-ready.
