12" Axial Explosion-Proof Plastic Blower with Canister & 25ft EX Ducting Kit
This 12-inch axial explosion-proof plastic ventilation blower kit is engineered for hazardous and confined-space environments requiring ignition-safe airflow. The corrosion-, UV- and chemical-resistant polyethylene housing delivers rugged durability in industrial conditions while remaining lightweight and easy to deploy.
A six-blade polypropylene fan provides efficient, quiet airflow, while a powder-coated steel safety grill and molded carry handle enhance protection and portability. Power comes from a single-phase explosion-proof electric motor that is UL and CSA listed and equipped with a NEMA-rated 115V plug for use with an explosion-proof socket (sold separately).
The enclosed base protects electrical components during storage and transport. Included 25ft statically conductive ducting helps dissipate static buildup, and the tool-free quick-connect canister system allows crews to configure the blower for intake or discharge ventilation.
This system meets stringent Class I, Divisions 1 & 2, Groups C & D and Class II, Divisions 1 & 2, Groups F & G Hazardous Location requirements.
